Andrea Corr
Andrea Jane Corr, MBE, is an Irish musician and singer. Corr debuted in 1990 as the lead singer of The Corrs, a Celtic folk and pop group The Corrs along with her three older siblings Caroline Sharon and Jim. Andrea Corr is an Irish performer, songwriter and actress. She is known best as the lead singer of The Celtic-folk, pop rock and Celtic folk group The Corrs. She sings and plays a variety of instruments with The Corrs. Andrea began her professional career as an actress in the year 1991. Later, she became an artist on stage and as a musician. She acted as a voice actor for the Warner Bros. 1998 animated film The Quest for Camelot. Andrea is the owner of six studio albums to her credit. She also has two compilation albums including four live albums as well as one mix album. She has also received recognition for her charity work. Andrea is married with two children to her stockbroker. Andrea started her musical lessons through learning how to play the tin whistle. Gerry helped her learn to play piano. Andrea also plays the ukulele. She spent the teenage years honing her skills. She would sing with her brothers and eventually earned the position as the singer in charge of the group. Andrea attended 'Dun Lughaidh Convent' and often participated in school plays.
